বান্দরবান জেলার নাইক্ষ্যংছড়ি উপজেলার ৩ নম্বর ঘুমধুম ইউনিয়নে রোহিঙ্গা সন্ত্রাসীদের হাতে তঞ্চঙ্গ্যা সম্প্রদায়ের তিনজন গ্রামবাসী মারধরের শিকার হয়েছেন বলে অভিযোগ উঠেছে। পৃথক দুই ঘটনায় আক্রান্তদের মধ্যে একজন মানসিক ভারসাম্যহীন যুবক এবং অপর দুজনের মধ্যে একজন নারী ও একজন পুরুষ রয়েছেন। এসব ঘটনায় স্থানীয়দের মধ্যে চরম উদ্বেগ ও আতঙ্ক ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে।
স্থানীয় সূত্রে জানা যায়, গত শনিবার (২৪ জানুয়ারি) চিয়ন্যা তঞ্চঙ্গ্যা নামে এক মানসিক ভারসাম্যহীন যুবককে তার গ্রামের কাছ থেকে আটক করে রোহিঙ্গা ক্যাম্পে নিয়ে গিয়ে মারধর ও হুমকি দেওয়া হয়। চিয়ন্যা তঞ্চঙ্গ্যা কালিচরণ তঞ্চঙ্গ্যা ও মাউককেং তঞ্চঙ্গ্যার ছেলে। তিনি জামিরতলী গ্রামের ৯ নম্বর ওয়ার্ডের বাসিন্দা এবং জন্মের পর থেকেই মানসিক ভারসাম্যহীন বলে পরিবার ও স্থানীয়রা জানান।
ঘটনার দিন টেকনাফের হরিখোলা বৌদ্ধ বিহারে একটি ধর্মীয় অনুষ্ঠানে অংশগ্রহণের উদ্দেশ্যে চিয়ন্যা তঞ্চঙ্গ্যা হেঁটেই রওনা দেন। বিকেলের পর সন্ধ্যা ঘনিয়ে এলে পথে কিছু রোহিঙ্গা সন্ত্রাসী তাকে সন্দেহভাজন হিসেবে আটক করে। পরে তাকে রোহিঙ্গা ক্যাম্পে নিয়ে গিয়ে বিভিন্ন অজুহাতে মারধর করা হয় এবং নানাভাবে ভয়ভীতি ও হুমকি দেওয়া হয় বলে অভিযোগ রয়েছে।
এদিকে এর আগে গত ২২ জানুয়ারি একই উপজেলার ৩ নম্বর ঘুমধুম ইউনিয়নের ৮ নম্বর ওয়ার্ড এলাকায় আরেকটি মারধরের ঘটনা ঘটে। ফাত্রাঝিড়ি গ্রাম থেকে প্রায় তিন থেকে চার কিলোমিটার দূরে একটি বাগানে ফুলঝাড়ু কাটার সময় বর্নমালা তঞ্চঙ্গ্যা নামে এক নারী ও কালু তঞ্চঙ্গ্যা নামে এক যুবককে অস্ত্রধারী তিন রোহিঙ্গা সন্ত্রাসী আটক করে। অভিযোগ অনুযায়ী, সন্ত্রাসীরা তাদের জোরপূর্বক একটি পাহাড়ি এলাকায় নিয়ে গিয়ে নির্মমভাবে মারধর করেন।
স্থানীয়দের ভাষ্যমতে, বর্নমালা তঞ্চঙ্গ্যাকে মারধরের পর প্রাণনাশের হুমকি দিয়ে ছেড়ে দেওয়া হলেও কালু তঞ্চঙ্গ্যাকে প্রায় তিন ঘণ্টা সেখানে আটকে রেখে মারধর করা হয়। পরে সন্ত্রাসীরা পাহাড়ি এলাকায় আর প্রবেশ না করার নির্দেশ দিয়ে বিভিন্ন ধরনের ভয়ভীতি ও প্রাণনাশের হুমকি প্রদান করে তাদের ছেড়ে দেয়।

জুয়া ও বাজি: যেকোনো ধরনের জুয়া, বেটিং সাইট বা লটারির বিজ্ঞাপন (সরকারি অনুমোদন
ব্যতীত)।
ভুল তথ্য ও প্রতারণা: পাঠকদের বিভ্রান্ত করতে পারে এমন মিথ্যা তথ্য, অবৈজ্ঞানিক
দাবি বা প্রতারণামূলক আর্থিক স্কিমের বিজ্ঞাপন।
মানহানিকর: কোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সম্মানহানি করে এমন বিজ্ঞাপন।
রাজনৈতিক আক্রমণ: উসকানিমূলক বা আক্রমণাত্মক রাজনৈতিক বিজ্ঞাপন।
৩. বিজ্ঞাপনদাতার দায়বদ্ধতা
তথ্যের সত্যতা: বিজ্ঞাপনে ব্যবহৃত ছবি, তথ্য, দাবি বা বিবৃতির সম্পূর্ণ দায়ভার
বিজ্ঞাপনদাতার। বিজ্ঞাপনের বিষয়বস্তু কোনো কপিরাইট বা ট্রেডমার্ক আইন লঙ্ঘন করছে কিনা, তা নিশ্চিত
করার দায়িত্ব বিজ্ঞাপনদাতার।

IN NO EVENT SHALL HINDUS NEWS, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR
AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES,
RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY
CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE;
AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
10. Governing Law
The laws that govern "Terms of Use" of Hindus News and its relationship with the user is the laws of
Bangladesh and any dispute regarding the use, retention, disclosure, leakage or dissemination of the
information or date can only be raised in arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001.
The place of arbitration shall be Dhaka, Bangladesh and the arbitral tribunal shall consist of three
members. The courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction on this matter.
